    The location was nice, so close to the shore, the lake and beach and easily accessible. Extremely friendly and excellent staff, greeted us with such kindness. Triple room with a dedicated balcony was ready when we arrived.

    Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were poorly trained.

    I had nice stay, the place is gorgeous and wonderful!

    All of the staff were VERY ATTENTIVE, affable. The rooms were spacious and new-fashioned, included tea/coffee making equipment, a seating area and a writing table.

    This hotel was mind-blowing! The indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness center were super relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and the beach club was jaw-dropping. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the live music at the bar was a pleasant surprise. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, dryer. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
